Thomas Saleh is a Policy Advisor, Data and Technology, with IISD-ELA.
In previous work at Citylitics in Toronto, he used public data to analyze infrastructure markets and led efforts to improve market coverage, data management processes, and product offerings. As a graduate student, he produced, published, and fully financed original research critically examining vulnerability as a framework for achieving climate change adaptation and water access in Guyana.
Thomas holds a master’s degree in geography and a bachelor’s degree in environmental science.
